Bridging The Gap
Tree of Hope9s 8Bridging the Gap9 strategy is
our plan to expand support for children and
families facing complex healthcare needs.
Over the next three years, we9ll focus on
getting families the help they need more
quickly, making our model accessible to even
more families, and building a stronger network
of partnerships to amplify our impact. By
enhancing our resources and streamlining
support, we9re ensuring that no family has to
navigate their journey alone.
A cornerstone of this strategy is 8Partners in
Hope’, a corporate partnership initiative that
brings together organisations to create
specialised funds for essential services. The
first in this series will be 8Hope in the Home’.
